ADMINISTRATOR - The Administrator can do anything to the Forum (Motorola-Droid).   It is quite a big step up from Global Moderator.  They can create and/or modify a board, promote users to Staff Roles (i.e., Global Moderator, Moderator, Junior Moderator, etc.), send out Forum E-Mails, Manage Galleries, Arcade, etc.  Administrator's can do it all!.
                           

GLOBAL MODERATOR - A Global Moderator has proven themselves to be a capable Moderator and have also proven to be an Enforcer of the rules when needed.  A Global Moderator has same power as a Moderator - but they can Ban Members as well as a few other capabilities.
                           

MODERATOR - A Moderator has demonstrated the potential to be a Global Moderator and are essentially "Global Moderator-in-Training."  Moderators are assigned Moderatoring controls over a Board(s) (i.e., Camera and Video, etc.) and are evaluated on their Moderation.  Moderator's have the same powers as a Global Moderator within assigned Board(s).
