Member Of The Month
(MOTM)

January 1st through the 24th, 2010!


Introduction...

This is meant as a fun, simple game to recognize a helpful member (member or Staff) of the community.   Everyone will be able to nominate (what they consider) the "best" Member Of The Month.  Factors to look for when voting for MOTM may be helpfulness, overall activity, etc.  If you nominate a member - you must include why he or she was nominated.

The Nomination period will run from January 1st through the 24th, 2010 following by a Voting period which will run from the January 25th to the 31st, 2010.

Rules...

  • You can not nominate yourself.
  • Staff members are eligible for nomination.
  • You must include a reason for your nomination.
  • You can only nominate one member.

If You Win...

  • Winners will be notified via Private Message.
  • Winners will have a user title of "MEMBER OF THE MONTH" for the following month.
  • Winners will receive 5 cookies.

Just to get this rolling - I will nominate two members...yea, I know - you are only allowed to nominate one member - but I'm special!

I nominate both tweedz and Speed for their Game Review's and overall activity helping members with problems.

I IMAGINE administrators can't be nominated (but then again I'd expect staff to not be able to get nominated either so I could be wrong haha). Can they though?

As per our Rules - "...Staff members are eligible for nomination..." so yes - you can nominate Adminiistrator's, Moderator's, etc.  I made a note that I didn't want to be nominated.

I would like to nominate vpnavy (a.k.a. Droid) (a.k.a. Wikinavy) for member of the month! I think we all have witnessed vp's endless knowledge, use of resources, assistance to others, and wit. This is a no-brainer to me!
