I find it handy for my billing to have numbers programed in with a "wait"  or "hard pause". To add a hard pause, use the semi colon symbol, to use a 2 second pause, use the comma symbol. Hope this helps. They are different keys than the dreaded BB used. I love my droid and am getting used to the keypad. Lucy

I'm in a area where reception is "iffy" at best.  So, I had to program a wait (Wink - when I hear the "enter your stuff" voice - I hit OK and it enter's in my password, etc.
