While I would love to say I created this table - I must give credit from where I stole it!

Only one thing I didn't notice, sometimes my signal bar shows a 1x right next to the bars, what could that mean?

That just means that you're not currently connected to a 3g connection. You might notice that during those times your internet speed is much slower.

My one where is placed the icon of 3G it alternates with an icon H. Sometimes shows 3G and just next second shows H
What is it?

...3G it alternates with an icon H...

I've never noticed that.  it might have something to do with the fact that you are in Brazil?  Based on my search around the net (specifically to Verizon Phones) - yes, H  stands for HDSPA/HSDPA (which is supported) and it would bounce between 3G and H based on your coverage.

For those interested...

What is 3G? - 3G means your Droid is getting Broadband (upload and download) speeds that average from 600 Kbps to 1.4Mbps.

What is 1x? - 1x is short for 1xRTT (aka "National Access").  Briefly, if you are in a area that 3G isn't available - your Droid will attempt to connect to the 1xRTT network which means your average data speeds (upload and download) will drop to about 50Kbps - 100Kbps with bursts up to 144kbps, slightly faster than a standard 56K dial-up connection.
